Experience & Background
Kim Casey brings a diverse background across residential and commercial real estate, with experience in sales, acquisitions, development, and strategic partnerships. Her work spans Southeastern Connecticut, the Rhode Island shoreline, and markets throughout the Eastern United States.
After previously working with Seaport, Kim expanded her expertise as a commercial acquisition specialist with a focus on marinas and self-storage assets. During that time, she contributed to a portfolio of over $400 million in assets under management, gaining valuable insight into how institutional investors evaluate, acquire, and operate real estate.
This experience continues to shape how Kim approaches real estate today — with a strong emphasis on valuation, market positioning, and identifying opportunities that others may overlook.
