Gino Penasa brings a uniquely well-traveled perspective to real estate — and an unmatched drive to see things through. Before joining Seaport Real Estate Services, his three-decade career spanned food & beverage, outdoor retail, hospitality, and fitness leadership, including scaling the Seattle Bouldering Project into the world’s largest indoor bouldering gym, launching a retail/café concept at Gorsuch Ltd. in Vail and running one of the largest ski shops in the country. Wherever he’s landed, Gino has had a gift for walking into a blank slate and building something that thrives.

Through every chapter, real estate has been the constant thread. From buying his first property at 22 to restoring and flipping historic homes across Colorado, Maine, and Washington state, to developing specialty commercial space for climbing gyms and retail, Gino has hands-on experience navigating property from “For Sale” to SOLD.

Now settled in southeastern Connecticut, Gino specializes in marinas, working waterfronts, specialty properties, and business real estate.
