Zoe was born and raised on the shoreline in Niantic and continues to reside there. She has very deep roots in her community and works at supporting the Towns resources. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance. He previously held various sales and marketing positions at IBM and Abbott Laboratories. Having grown up on the shoreline of CT, he truly understands the beauty and uniqueness the area has to offer.

Moving to the Mystic area nearly five years ago, Lucia has worked for JTK Restaurant Group, acquiring the interpersonal and communication skills that serve her well in the world of real estate. Lucia’s networking skills and sphere of influence are second to none.

Lucia works closely with Seaport Real Estate Group, offering a youthful demeanor and ability to exercise her strong work ethic, passion and attention to detail. In her free time, Lucia enjoys traveling, sports and recreational activities including hiking, snowboarding, tennis  and long walks with her golden retriever.
